Estate tax issues, business sale issues and tax issues with sale to third party as well as sale/gift to family members, life estate mechanics and their taxation, community and separate property inheritance, and pretermitted spouse and children, using the estate of Hugh Hefner, his estate planning documents, his business sale particulars, his real estate and licensing contracts. I will also explore contesting trusts and the grounds for them, including undue influence, capacity and forgery.
