About Will Mingram:
After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences from the University of California at San Diego, Will Mingram started in the bonding industry as a one man operation establishing a Southern California office for Van Bokkelen Bonds & Insurance Agency. Through his efforts the office expanded to eight employees over an eight year period.
In 2002, Will was responsible for starting Bond Services of California, a limited liability company, that now has nine offices in three states and more than forty employees.
Bond Services of California is now the state’s leading producer of surety bonds of all types. With more than 600 different kinds of surety bonds, he has the experience, the knowledge and the expertise to underwrite and provide surety bonds for literally any need.
