Who’s signature should be on that document?  Capacity can be difficult to determine along with understanding the level of capacity a person may have.  Families come to you in frustration and fear looking for answer.  Where do you turn?  Dr. Jerome Lisk, a Neurologist in Pasadena will explain what you need to know about it, determination of capacity and the steps necessary to get support your client.

Dr. Lisk is board certified neurologist with a fellowship in movement disorders, which consists of Parkinson’s disease, Cervical Dystonia, Huntington’s Chorea, programming and intraoperative monitoring for Deep Brain Stimulator Surgery, management of Intrathecal Baclofen pumps and Botulinum Toxin administration. He is involved in many ongoing clinical research trials in Parkinson’s disease. He is the only fellowship trained movement disorder specialist in Pasadena and one of the San Gabriel Valley.  Dr. Lisk earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. He completed an internal medicine internship at the UCLA and his neurology residency and movement disorders fellowship at the University of Texas at Houston. Memberships include The American Academy of Neurology Sports Neurology Section, Association of Ring Side Physicians, The Movement Disorder Society and is a consultant for the California State Athletic Commission.  Dr. Lisk has been on the board of directors of the American Heart Association African-American Task Force for the Western States, Alzheimer’s Association Board Member Southwest Missouri Chapter, on KTLA

Furthermore, Dr. Lisk is a 2013 Graduate of the American Academy of Neurology Palatucci Advocacy Leadership Forum. He has also been voted as one of Pasadena Top Docs by Pasadena Magazine
