David Griffin grew up in Pacific Palisades and attended Loyola High School. He graduated from University of Santa Clara in 1982. He has been specializing as a Title Advisor/Rep on the Westside of Los Angeles and other parts of California since 1990. He worked four years as a commercial real estate investment broker before joining Lawyers Title where he excelled for 10 years. After building trust, loyalty and a track record of credibility, David was recruited to Equity Title in 2001. In August 2010, he was approached with an opportunity to maximize his potential and become a Vice President and part owner of USA National Title Company (USANTC).
David has extensive commercial and residential experience. He has created a proactive strategy to work with his Realtors, Attorneys and Lenders. His ability to answer and solve tough title issues is centered around the professional support and knowledge of his title officers and operation managers. He has and will always be relentless in the pursuit to create value for his customers.

Arlene brings over 35 years of experience in the title industry. She has served clients all over California and has built a solid foundation of clients through her professionalism and attention to detail.
She began her career in the title industry as a customer service rep, to searching and examining, to Title Officer. She has managed and trained searchers and examiners locally, as well as off-shore, due to her roots in the title examination segment of the business, paired with being bilingual. These responsibilities brought her into direct contact with underwriting counsel, from whom she learned the many aspects of the title insurance business. The continuing contact with underwriting counsel has equipped her with the tools to provide assistance to Title and Escrow Officers and customers, in her current role as Operations Manager and Advisory Title Officer at USA National Title. Through her collective knowledge she covers all facets of title insuring from residential, commercial and builder services. She has hands-on experience in every aspect of the title process, from processing, closing, and clearing title defects.
Her dedication to clients and quality of work proves customer satisfaction is her first priority. She takes pride not only in the work she performs, but also in the relationship she builds with each client and her team.
