Chuck Stanislawski has been providing expertise in tax, accounting and consulting to Stanislawski & Company’s clients for close to 30 years. He specializes in many forms of businesses including real estate, manufacturing, and retail businesses. He also has extensive expertise in estates and trusts, probate accounting, private foundations and non-profit organizations. Chuck Stanislawski launched his career at Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, now Deloitte, in Los Angeles in 1979. There he specialized in financial audits and accounting and tax services for medium to large business in a wide variety of industries. In 1985, he purchased Stanislawski & Company from his father who founded the firm almost 50 years ago. As a popular public speaker, Chuck enjoys addressing numerous professional groups and local community organizations. His articles have appeared in various entertainment, business and real estate publications.
On behalf of Stanislawski & Company, Inc., Chuck serves as a founding member of the International Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has served on the board of numerous organizations, including University of Southern California School of Accounting, Pasadena Museum of History- Vice President, CPA Law Forum, Pasadena Civic Auditorium (Emmy Awards)-Treasurer, Pasadena Chamber Political Action Committee-Treasurer, Pediatric Orthopedic Institute- Chairman, Los Angeles Estate and Trust Committee-Chairman, and member of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles Estate & Trust Committee appointed by His Eminence Cardinal Roger Mahony. Mr. Stanislawski was also appointed by the mayor as a City of Pasadena Commissioner. Chuck Stanislawski holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master’s degree in Business Taxation form the University of Southern California. Chuck is the proud father of three daughters. Along with his lovely wife, they all live on a lake in Pasadena. Besides his family, his next greatest passion is polo where he competes at four local polo clubs and has played internationally.
Boyd Hudson is an attorney specializing in Federal and California tax planning, estate and financial planning, corporate and business planning, and representation of taxpayers in tax disputes before taxing authorities. He is a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law-State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, 2003; Certified Public Accountant (CPA), California, 1981; formerly Senior Tax Manager at Deloitte & Touche in Woodland Hills, California; Senior Tax Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick in Los Angeles, California. Boyd attended Claremont McKenna College (B.A. History, 1973, Cum Laude, Departmental Honors in History); University of California Los Angeles School of Law (J.D. 1978); University of California Los Angeles Graduate School of Management (M.B.A. 1978). His professional associations include the State Bar of California (Sections: Taxation; Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law); Pasadena Bar Association (Co-chair, section on Taxation 1990-1996); Pasadena CPA Discussion Group (Co-chair, 1995 -present); American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Boyd has been a member of the Board of Trustees, Claremont McKenna College (1989-1992); President, Claremont McKenna College Alumni Association (1987-1988); Treasurer (1989-1992), President (1992-1994) South Pasadena Educational Foundation; Treasurer, St. James Episcopal Church, South Pasadena (1985-1990); Westridge School Annual Fund Committee (1994-present). Rotary Club of Altadena. Boyd was born in 1951 in Pasadena, California and has been married since 1975 to Alice Hudson. He has two daughters, Clare (27) and Emily (19) and currently resides in South Pasadena, California.
