The Ten Benefits That Come From Writing Your Memoir

The stories that we share about our lives are what people remember most about us. And capturing those stories by writing them down helps us process those experiences. Pat will share with us stories of how people have started healing traumatic experiences from their past by retelling their stories and documenting them in writing. She will also talk about how those who have lost homes, partners, possessions and businesses can reclaim those memories and never lose them again.
