David Griffin grew up in Pacific Palisades and attended Loyola High School. He graduated from University of Santa Clara in 1982. He has been specializing as a Title Advisor/Rep on the Westside of Los Angeles and other parts of California since 1990. He worked four years as a commercial real estate investment broker before joining Lawyers Title where he excelled for 10 years. After building trust, loyalty and a track record of credibility, David was recruited to Equity Title in 2001. In August 2010, he was approached with an opportunity to maximize his potential and become a Vice President and part owner of USA National Title Company (USANTC).

David has extensive commercial and residential experience. He has created a proactive strategy to work with his Realtors, Attorneys and Lenders. His ability to answer and solve tough title issues is centered around the professional support and knowledge of his title officers and operation managers. He has and will always be relentless in the pursuit to create value for his customers.
